Inspired by the big V day, this beautifully designed menu is perfect for your romantic night out.  The menu features classic, locally sourced produce, finished with a Northern spin. Cleanse your palette with a welcome glass of Prosecco before the first course of, Jerusalem Artichoke Velouté, black truffle crostini. Next, Barbequed Asparagus with hazelnut hollandaise and Burford brown egg and for mains, Roast Scottish Cod Loin, spiced cauliflower, pickled raisins & mussels and Pistachio Crusted Loin of Lamb, black sticks dauphinoise, cavolo nero. To finish with a bang, a sharing dessert for two – Manchester Tart Choux, banana custard, raspberry crackle, coconut crème anglaise.
