Sunday Lunch at Mamucium

Indulge in our Sunday Lunch

Along with dunking biscuits in tea and discussing the weather far too often, a true Mancunian would also argue that the traditional Sunday roast heads this lineup of British love affairs.

Originating from the days of Henry VII, the Great British Sunday Lunch remains a beloved and cherished tradition in the hearts of Brits. If your looking for a delicious Sunday Lunch in Manchester, look no further! Mamucium aims to infuse this time-honoured dish with a contemporary twist, while retaining the familiar comfort that accompanies this simple yet profound pleasure in life.

Stuart Valentine, our Executive Chef, has curated an enticing culinary experience brimming with thrilling flavours. Start with the seared king scallops adorned with a caviar beurre blanc sauce, or indulge in crispy courgette fritters garnished with shaved parmesan and drizzled with blossom honey.

Now, delving into the centrepieces of our menu: choose from our treacle-cured roast rump of beef, malt beer glazed roasted chicken breast, or slow-cooked crispy pork belly. Each dish is served with beef-dripping potatoes, homemade Yorkshire puddings, and all the customary trimmings.

If a hearty meat dish isn’t what you’re craving, savour our creamy plant-based rigatoni carbonara or delight in our take on homity pie. Both options are gluten-free and oh so delicious!

Make sure to leave room for dessert and spoil yourself with our rich pistachio and orange chocolate tart or caramelised pineapple and rum tarte tartin.

With plenty more dishes to choose from, why not have a look at the menu, book your table and we look forward to welcoming you!
