Have what your heart desires with our choice of steaks:
- Our Beef Rump is matured so that it’s tastier and not too chewy.
- What about our Hanger Steak? Sometimes known as “butcher’s steak”, as butchers would often rather keep it for themselves than be forced to sell it.
- The Tomahawk Steak. The ultimate ‘wow-factor’ steak, said to resemble the Tomahawk axe.
- You could try the Beef Wellington Beef Fillet with mushroom duxelles and Parma ham, wrapped in puff pastry.
- Or the Sirloin Steak, cut directly from the t-bone. The sirloin is the regal cut of all meats.
- The Rib Eye Steak is considered a more flavourful cut than other steaks such as the fillet, due to the muscle being exercised by the animal during its life.
- Beef Fillet. The fillet is classed as one of the most tender pieces of meat, putting itself at the top of all prime cuts.
All of our dishes are grilled to order, cooked to your liking and served with baby watercress, wild mushrooms and charred plum vine tomato.
